Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of filming. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will be charged the full amount.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible with at least 72 hours notice. One free reschedule is permitted; subsequent reschedules may incur additional fees.

4. Copyright and Usage

Breazy Productions retains copyright of all video content. Clients receive a license for personal/commercial use as agreed upon in the booking. Usage rights will be specified in your booking agreement.

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time for edited videos is 2-3 weeks from the shoot date. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

6. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the standard package. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.

7. Equipment Failure

In the rare event of equipment failure or other technical issues, we will make every effort to resolve the situation or reschedule at no additional cost.

8. Weather Conditions

For outdoor shoots, weather-related rescheduling may be necessary and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions for filming locations. Please ensure all participants are aware of the shooting schedule and location.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Behind-the-scenes content may be used for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
